Recently we showed you the finishes of the house renovation that we finished at a house located on Joan Güell street. Now we would like to show the change that Grupo Inventia’s team printed on the rooms of the building, both in its image and in its equipment.
One of the most significant changes to this house renovation is that of the kitchen. Before, the kitchen occupied a room of its own and looked like an image of before, with tiles with floral motifs or cabinets with wood finishes.
Now the kitchen is open and has a kitchen island. On the left side was placed a tile section equipped with a sink of one sun and storage capacity at the bottom. Just in front of placing a kitchen island that, besides offering a wide surface of support and work, is equipped with a ceramic hob. In turn, this island also serves as a room divider.
For the design of this kitchen renovation it was decided to combine the white color, in all parts of the kitchen cabinet, and the black, in the countertops and dashboard.
As in the previous room, the bathroom had a slightly outdated picture, with brown tiles or sinks with marble finishes that created a slightly dark environment. However, after the bathroom renovation this room has a very contemporary interior design and a fresh atmosphere that generates more sensation of amplitude and luminosity.
To do this, the walls were tiled with white tiles and some wood finishes were included, such as in the washbasin cabinet or the shower wall.
Regarding the sanitary equipment, this one renewed completely and now it has a sink with built-in storage furniture, a pair of toilet and bidet suspended and a comfortable shower protected with screens of sliding doors.
