At Grupo Inventia we have completed a new house renovation in the city of Barcelona, specifically in the Bonavista street. It has been a total rehabilitation in which we have greatly improved the interior design and the equipment of the home.
Some original elements have been maintained, highlighting the walls and exposed brick ceilings or the hydraulic pavement. At the same time, more modern elements have also been installed that offer the best features for a correct habitability such as insulating windows or new electrical installations.
The kitchen occupies its own space and for the disposal of its new elements a U-shaped distribution was chosen, an option that allowed to make the most of the available space. The kitchen cabinet starts on the left side with a customized vacuum to put the refrigerator. Then turn to the right to take the first upper section, equipped with a ceramic hob. On the other side there is another counter that has an individual sink. In addition, this kitchen reform has storage capacity in the lower part of the countertops.
As for the design, the white kitchen furniture is combined with a gray countertop and a hydraulic floor, a very neutral aspect, but with a lot of personality.
The bathroom was equipped with the sanitary essentials to offer the best features and functionality in its daily use. Now it has a sink with built-in storage furniture, a toilet and a shower.
For its new image, the walls were tiled in medium height with gray tiles, combining it with the white of the sanitary elements and the wood finishes that offer the bathroom furniture, the frame of the window or the door .
