A few days ago we finished the house renovation of a property located in the district of Hostafrancs in Barcelona. It was the total rehabilitation of a small housing that consists of a space in which the living room and the kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom are located.
Before commenting on the most interesting details, we share a video with the general finishes of this new house renovation work.
The kitchen, which is open, was distributed in the form of L. On the left side was placed a first section of counter, offering a wide surface of support and equipped with a ceramic hob. The counter tans to the right and leads to a second section, this time equipped with a single sink. On the right side was placed a kitchen cabinet in which the refrigerator, oven and microwave were fitted.
The design of this kitchen renovation is also very carefully. The kitchen cabinet, which offers storage capacity on the bottom of the kitchen counter, is white, while the kitchen wall is tiled with gray tiles. All this fits nicely with the brick wall seen from the livingroom.
The master bedroom, with gray walls and parquet flooring, has its own bathroom. It has a very complete sanitary equipment composed of a built-in wash basin with a built-in wardrobe and a shower with sliding door screens.
As for the interior design, the walls were tiled in half height with white beveled tiles and the rest was painted beige. For the pavement a hydraulic floor of different colors was installed. The whole set generates a very cool and bright room.
