A few days ago we completed a new house renovation work. We moved to the town of Tiana to completely renovate a house. As usual, this house renovation project began with a visit to the house to be renovated. From there our professionals developed the 2D plans of the new distribution. Our interior design professionals also designed 3D renderings with the end result. All based on the needs and tastes of the owners and at no cost or commitment.
This time the kitchen remains in its original location. An independent and large room. One of the strengths of this kitchen is the large amount of natural light it has. Thanks to this it has been possible to work on an interior design that generates greater brightness and a feeling of spaciousness.
The kitchen renovation is distributed through an L-shaped kitchen cabinet. This is located on the left side of the room and allows perfect mobility. Now each element is located in the right place to offer maximum functionality. In this way the kitchen has two countertops, one equipped with a hob and the other with the sink.
Another improvement in this kitchen renovation work is the expansion of storage capacity. It is a double piece of furniture with drawers and cabinets both in the lower and upper area of the countertops. As mentioned, this is a large kitchen and the lower area of the kitchen cabinet has been used to integrate two more appliances. Specifically the oven and dishwasher.
As it is a house renovation, the bathroom has also been renovated and improved. A space for daily use that must always offer the best features and a pleasant atmosphere. For the interior design of the bathroom the general line of the house has been followed. That is, neutral tones have been used according to the contemporary image that I wanted to print. The walls have been tiled with beige tiles, creating a very bright and cool space. Blue rectangular tiles have been used for the shower wall. In this way, a Mediterranean touch is added to the bathroom decoration. The new floor is of the hydraulic type with a design that adds a lot of personality to the room.
The sanitary ware has also been renovated in this bathroom renovation. It now has a washbasin with built-in storage, a toilet and a practical shower tray. In general a bathroom with a modern image and very functional use. It offers the best features for both daily and more relaxed moments.
In this house renovation, a project has also been carried out to improve the general image of housing. Now all its spaces show a very pleasant contemporary interior design and perfect for a home. To paint the walls we have opted for neutral colors. These allow natural light to spread throughout the home. In this way a greater feeling of amplitude and luminosity is generated. The livingroom, the main area, has been painted in a soft beige tone. On the other hand in the bedrooms it has been varied, although the white color acquires major protagonism.
Another improvement in terms of interior design is found in the new pavement. The original needed to be changed urgently and the one that best fit the new interior design has been sought. A laminate flooring in medium shades of wood has been chosen. Undoubtedly it is a resistant floor that helps to generate warmth throughout the home.
