At Grupo Inventia, we have completed a new renovation in Barcelona. On this occasion, we travelled to Gelida Street to completely renovate a home and all its spaces. Now, this apartment combines modernity and warmth in equal measure.
As soon as we enter the home, we are greeted by a splendid kitchen renovation. The main part of the kitchen has an L-shaped layout and also features an island that extends the available support and work surface and can also be used as a breakfast bar. A detail that increases the functionality of this very important space.
On the left-hand side of the kitchen, we find a custom-made unit incorporating a display cabinet and a wine cooler, as well as the oven and refrigerator, which is concealed behind the same doors as the kitchen cabinets.
In the central area, we have a large countertop equipped with a single-bowl sink. It also provides storage space both above and below. The dishwasher has also been integrated underneath the countertop.
This kitchen opens onto the living room and blends perfectly with the rest of the home.
As part of this renovation in Barcelona, we have also renovated two bathrooms: the guest bathroom and the en-suite bathroom. Both spaces feature a very pleasant and fresh design, making them very comfortable to use.
In terms of fittings, each bathroom has a storage unit with a washbasin, a wall-hung toilet and a bathing area. To make the most of the available space, access to these bathrooms is through a sliding door.
In addition to the functional fittings, we should also highlight details such as the lighting around the bathroom mirrors.
A very contemporary design has been chosen, with neutral tones taking centre stage and wooden touches adding warmth to every corner of the home. We can see this pleasant style in both the living-dining room and the bedrooms of this property.
The new interior design of this home in Barcelona is also enhanced by the natural light entering the apartment.
