We have recently completed a new full renovation in Barcelona. At Grupo Inventia, we have taken care of improving every space in an apartment located on Provença Street. Now, this property has a look that reflects modern times and features a modern, functional layout, ready to offer the best performance for everyday use.
One of the first improvements carried out as part of this complete renovation in Barcelona was the introduction of a new interior design throughout the property. In this regard, we opted for a contemporary style, with neutral tones that allow both natural and artificial light to spread into every corner of the home. In this way, we create a greater sense of spaciousness and brightness throughout the spaces.
The neutral tones found on the walls, doors and skirting boards are combined with wood-effect flooring. This allows us to create a greater sense of warmth in every room, including the bedrooms, living room and other spaces.
Another major improvement in this complete renovation in Barcelona is the kitchen renovation. It is an open-plan kitchen with a U-shaped layout. On the left-hand side, we have the first section of countertop, which is spacious and equipped with a single-bowl sink. In the central area, there is another section of countertop that provides additional support and work surface.
On the right-hand side, we have installed an induction hob on the countertop. At the far right, the oven, microwave and refrigerator have been integrated.
In addition, we have added plenty of storage space in this kitchen renovation, with drawers and cabinets both below and above the countertops. For the kitchen design, neutral tones have been chosen, as in the rest of the home, with wood finishes added to the upper cabinets.
As a detail, both the refrigerator and the oven and microwave have a white finish, making them blend even more seamlessly into the overall kitchen design. And to make the most of the available space, a laundry area has also been created in the kitchen, with an integrated washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as the dishwasher.
As part of this renovation project in Barcelona, we have also improved the bathroom. Visually, we have managed to create a fresh and pleasant bathroom space, with neutral tones on the wall tiles and a recessed spotlight.
In terms of the fittings included in this bathroom renovation, it features a washbasin with an integrated storage unit, a classic-style toilet and a shower tray. As a detail, the bathroom furniture has a wood finish, just like other areas of the same home.
This apartment is now ready to offer the best performance. If you would also like to make improvements to your home, you can call us on 93 209 97 17 and request a no-obligation renovation quote.
