We have completed a complete renovation in Madrid, specifically on San León Street. Our renovation and interior design team has completely renewed the interior image of the home, in addition to carrying out the kitchen and bathroom renovation, achieving modern, functional spaces adapted to current needs.
The new kitchen occupies an independent room and, due to its rectangular layout, we opted for a linear distribution that makes the most of the available space. At the right end, a large-capacity cabinet has been installed that increases storage space and also incorporates a custom-made opening to integrate the refrigerator.
Next comes the main countertop, equipped with upper and lower cabinets that offer excellent organizational capacity. The oven, microwave and dishwasher have also been integrated, while an induction hob and a single-bowl sink have been installed on the work surface.
For the kitchen design, we chose a combination of neutral tones that enhance the natural brightness of the room and create a spacious, elegant and very welcoming atmosphere.
The bathroom has generous dimensions that have allowed it to be equipped with a complete sanitary set. A washbasin with a storage unit, a classic-style toilet and, at the back of the room, a shower tray protected by a sliding-door screen have been installed.
To reinforce its contemporary image, the walls have been covered with tiles in neutral tones, while the floor has a stone-effect finish that adds texture and personality to the whole. The result is a modern, bright and highly functional bathroom.
As for the interior design of the home, we opted for a neutral decorative style that conveys spaciousness, brightness and warmth.
The walls have been painted in soft tones and combined with parquet-effect flooring, a choice that provides visual continuity and creates welcoming and comfortable spaces.
