A new house renovation work is added to the projects completed in 2022. This time we have been responsible for renovating the image, equipment and furniture of an apartment on Aragó street in Barcelona. In fact, we have implemented all the services in comprehensive renovations that we offer in Grupo Inventia.
Now this home has all the comforts of a modern home. It has a modern and cozy image, while key spaces such as the kitchen or bathroom are equipped. In turn, areas such as the bedrooms or the livingroom have been furnished so that this apartment can be enjoyed from day one.

In this flat in Barcelona the kitchen is located in a space of its own and very large. Thanks to this detail it has been possible to modernize dramatically and cover all the details. On the right side has been placed a kitchen cabinet with new integrated appliances. Specifically an oven, a microwave and a double fridge.
Being such a large space, an office area with a table and several chairs has been inhabited. In this way a relaxed dining space has been achieved. The left side is occupied by the other part of the kitchen cabinet with an L-shaped worktop that provides a large support surface. Another novelty in this kitchen renovation is that both the bottom and top have storage capacity.
The countertops contrast with the white kitchen furniture and are presented in black. The sink and the ceramic hob have been installed on them. A dishwasher has also been integrated in the lower area to complete the new kitchen equipment. A new floor has also been laid, an imitation parquet ceramic floor.
In the bathroom we have also applied a complete house renovation updated both its interior design and its sanitary equipment. Now this bathroom is ready to offer the best features at all times. Its distribution adapts both to the daily days and to the calmer moments.
The new bathroom renovation equipment has a round design washbasin placed on a bathroom cabinet. Thanks to this drawer all kinds of hygiene products can be organized. The new toilet is presented with rounded and modern lines with the cistern on the back. The water area is located at the bottom of the room and is a shower tray protected by sliding door partitions.
As for the new image, the walls have been tiled with white tiles and combined with wood finishes. We see them in the bathroom furniture and on the new floor, as an imitation parquet ceramic floor has been laid. With this bathroom renovation, a very bright and visually spacious space has been achieved.
In addition to renovating two key spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom in this renovation in Barcelona we have also improved the interior image. As a specialized and experienced interior design company we have prepared a project based on a contemporary design. In this way we have managed to generate cozy and very homely spaces.
Most of the walls have been painted a soft beige tone. Thus the natural light reaches all the corners in a fluid way. Another novelty in this house renovation is the furniture that has been placed in various spaces. Among them is the living room with a sofa and a TV cabinet. There is also new furniture in the bedrooms, with its corresponding beds and storage cabinets. It should be noted that this house has a dressing room and that the hall has also been remodeled.
