At Grupo Inventia we have been responsible for rehabilitating a new home in the city of Barcelona. On this occasion our team moved to Antoni Capmany street, where they carried out the house renovation. In general we managed to give the property a new and colorful image, as can be seen in the next video.
The kitchen occupies its own room, but access to it is open, which gives it a greater sensation of breadth. To have a rectangular surface, he opted for a successful distribution on two fronts. At the bottom of the right side, hollow spaces were placed to fit the appliances, specifically an oven, a microwave and a refrigerator. Next, a desk is provided that provides a greater surface of support and work and has storage capacity at the bottom and upper, which also happens on the left side.
In this part of the kitchen was placed a desk that goes from end to end of the room and that is equipped with a kitchen of three hobs and a single sink. As in other home stays, a living color was applied to the kitchen. In this case, the yellow color on the top of the kitchen furniture was chosen, combined with more neutral tones such as white and gray.
After the renovation, the bathroom has a complete sanitary equipment and offers the best features and functionality in its use. In this way they installed a toilet, a sink with storage furniture and the bath was maintained, which can also be used as a shower.
With regard to the design, the walls were tiled in medium height with white tiles and the rest was painted gray to the ceiling. The color note in this room is provided by the tile on the wall of the bathtub, with tiles that create figures of blue and black.
