This same week we have completed a new house renovation work in the city of Barcelona. This time we rehabilitated a house located on Violant d’Hongria Reina d’Aragó street. It was a total renovation in which we both improved the interior and exterior design and in which we renovated the equipment to several of its rooms.
The kitchen is open to the livingroom and is distributed on two fronts. On the left side was placed a kitchen cabinet in which the appliances were fitted, made up of a refrigerator, an oven and a microwave. Next the counter is born, equipped with a vitroceramic hob and with storage capacity both in its lower part and higher.
Just before there was a new countertop section. In one of its ends the sink was placed and then gave way to a large surface of support and work that can be used as a kitchen bar.
Both bathrooms saw both their image and their sanitary equipment improved, which is now ready to offer the best features. In both cases the walls were tiled in half height with white beveled tiles and the rest was painted the same color. This is combined with a hydraulic flooring.
For sanitary equipment, the two bathroom renovations have a sink with a built-in closet, a toilet and a shower.
Another of the highlights of this house renovation was the terrace. In it, as well as painting the walls and having new access doors, the floor was covered with a wooden platform.
