At Grupo Inventia we have completed a new house renovation in Barcelona. On this occasion we have moved to the Ronda del Guinardó to carry out a complete rehabilitation in a home, improving both its image and the equipment in key rooms.
For the new interior design, he opted for contemporary style with walls painted with neutral tones and parquet flooring. With this, bright and visually spacious stays were achieved. The general finishes of the work can be appreciated in the next video.
The kitchen is open and is distributed in the form of L. Despite being an open space, the kitchen is well defined by the hydraulic pavement that was placed on its plot, distinguishing itself from the parquet installed in the rest of the house
At the end of the right side, a vacuum was made to measure the refrigerator and then a first section of the countertop was born. It is equipped with a ceramic hob and has storage capacity both in its lower and lower part, where the oven and microwave were fitted respectively.
The counter tans to the left and gives way to a second section of a tile equipped with an individual sink. In the hydraulic pavement, it is accompanied by a piece of white kitchen furniture in the lower part and with medium wooden tones in the upper part, reaching a very contemporary room.
The walls of the bathroom were completely tiled with beige tiles, introducing in the design of the stay other finishes such as wood from the washbasin cabinet or a gray sandstone floor. In general, a bathroom with a very fresh and renovated atmosphere was achieved.
For the sanitary equipment one bets by a bathroom of three pieces. This is made up of a built-in wash basin, a toilet and shower with transparent screens, a detail to be taken into account, as it protects the splashing room and does not reduce the visual space.
