A new house renovation in Barcelona takes us to Muntaner street. Here we have taken on the task of completely renovating a penthouse. We have made improvements to both the interior design of all spaces. Our team has also been responsible for renovating the facilities and equipping key spaces.

For the new interior design of the flat we have opted for a contemporary design using neutral tones. We painted the walls in a soft gray tone and complemented it with white elements. These are the new doors, the door frames and the plinths. The parquet floor in natural wood tones also fits perfectly in this new image.
With this interior design we have managed to enhance the feeling of spaciousness and brightness in every corner. At the same time, it is an image that generates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For this reason it is a perfect choice for both common areas and bedrooms.
The kitchen is open and distributed linearly. The desk offers a wide support and work surface. In addition, we have installed the sink and the induction hob. Both the bottom and top of the counter have storage capacity. These are drawers and cabinets that allow you to organize all kinds of kitchen items.
Several appliances are integrated in the lower part. Specifically the washing machine, the oven and the microwave. The boiler is also hidden in the same kitchen furniture, which combines white color and wood finishes. Continuing with the design of the kitchen renovation, the tiling with subway-type tiles on the front stands out.
In this attic renovation in Barcelona we renovated two bathrooms. We have chosen the same interior design and sanitary equipment for both spaces. Each has a sink with built-in drawer, a toilet and a shower tray. In this last element there are variations, since in the small bathroom we have installed a sliding door partition. Meanwhile, the small toilet is screened by a hinged door.
For the new image, the overall idea of the floor has been followed. We tiled the walls with large size beige tiles. We have chosen the same color for the floor. On the shower wall we have placed decorative relief tiles. Another interesting detail of the bathroom renovation is that it is accessed through a sliding door.
