The original state was that of a garage, so the change is considerable. From a gray and dark image we have managed to create bright and spacious spaces. The new house has a large living area, an open kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All this surrounded by a contemporary design in neutral tones.
We have painted the walls in an off-white tone, using other tones on specific walls. Among them, the headboards of the youth bedrooms. These colors are combined with a parquet imitation ceramic floor. We have installed this new flooring in all the rooms of the new house. In addition to these improvements, we also installed new lights. In this comprehensive home renovation project, we opted for recessed lights.
The new kitchen is open concept and has linear furniture and a kitchen island. The latter offers a large work and support surface. In addition, it has storage capacity at the bottom with double wardrobes. Enabling some stools can also be used as a breakfast bar.
At the far left we have made custom-made gaps to integrate the appliances. Specifically the fridge, the oven and the microwave. Then the counter is born, elongated and equipped with an induction plate and a sink. At the bottom it offers storage space and also has the integrated dishwasher.
This kitchen renovation follows the general design of the house. The furniture is white and combines with beige counters.
Now this house in Vallirana has two bathrooms. One of these is located in the suite, while the others are courtesy. Amos are fully equipped with a shower tray, toilet and sink with storage furniture. The double sink, with both sinks and drawers, stands out in the second bathroom.
To design this bathroom renovation, we opted for neutral tones that generate fresh and pleasant environments. In this way we have tiled the walls with gray tone tiles that allow the light to flow easily. For the flooring we have kept the parquet imitation ceramic floor. In addition to generating continuity, it also generates warmth.
