A new completed house renovation project takes us to Barcelona’s Sant Gervasi. We have taken it upon ourselves to adapt a flat to current functionality and needs. That is why we have improved both its image and its equipment. All this based on the needs of the owners.

It is a flat with natural light at both ends. To take advantage of it and enhance it, we have opted for an interior design based on neutral tones. The walls have been painted in soft tones, using white and a beige tone. Ideal colors to create warm and welcoming spaces.
The warmth is further enhanced by the laminate parquet flooring we have laid throughout the floor. It has a natural wood finish that combines perfectly with the neutral shades of the walls. At the same time, it brings a lot of personality to interior design. Another novelty of the new image are the mouldings.
Practically every wall culminates with them and they generate an image of continuity throughout the house. In this house renovation, they are made of plaster and have been made to measure according to the needs of each room. Plus, they match the rosettes we’ve also created on each pendant light.
Now we found the kitchen at the entrance to the flat (before it was located in one of the current bathrooms). It has an open concept and is distributed through a kitchen cabinet with three counters. A three-burner stove and a ceramic sink have been installed on them. In addition, they guarantee a large support surface.
To have a work area we have installed a kitchen island with cupboards and drawers at the bottom. The storage capacity of this kitchen is impressive with a large cupboard on the right side. One detail is that the same kitchen furniture has been used so that several appliances are hidden.
Among them the fridge, the washing machine and the dishwasher. Another highlight of this kitchen renovation are the taps. It is golden and matches the classic style that combines white and green tones.
This house renovation also has a complete renovation of two bathrooms. Each has complete sanitary equipment. It consists of a toilet with storage furniture, a toilet and a shower tray as a water area. There are differences and similarities between bathroom renovations.
While one toilet is suspended and the other classic, the faucets are built-in and have a gold finish. At the same time, the design of the two cleaning spaces is very similar and fits into the overall image of this renovated flat.
