The kitchen is located in its own independent space which is accessed through a sliding door. Initially, this is an improved detail, as it makes the most of the space and surface of the kitchen. It also has a window that connects to the dining room and allows greater fluidity between the two spaces.
A linear kitchen distribution has been used for this kitchen renovation. Since the space is rectangular, it is the best layout to offer excellent mobility and functionality. At the far left are custom gaps to integrate the appliances. Specifically, there is room for a refrigerator, an oven and a microwave.
Then a black countertop is born that reaches to the other end of the kitchen. It offers a large support and work surface as well as being equipped with a sink and a ceramic hob. In both bathrooms it has been decided to install three modern and functional sanitary ware. Each has a washbasin with storage furniture, a toilet and a water area. This is the only element that varies, as in one of the bathrooms the bathtub has been maintained and in the other a shower tray has been installed.
As for the bathroom interior design, the decorative line of the rest of the house has been followed. The walls have been tiled with beige tiles and an imitation parquet ceramic floor has been laid. In this way, the contemporary interior design is also present in the two bathroom renovations.
