We have recently completed a new house renovation. This time we were in charge of the total rehabilitation of a home located in the Pompeu Fabra street of the town of El Prat de Llobregat.
In it we improved the image of the house applying a contemporary style in which neutral tonalities were used to paint the walls and it was agreed with a parquet flooring in half wooden tones.
Thanks to this, it was achieved that in rooms like the livingroom, the hallway and the bedrooms, a very cozy and pleasant atmosphere was breathed. In turn, these colors enhanced and generated greater luminosity and visual amplitude.
The two bathrooms with the house count were also completely renovated. After work, the two rooms improved both their image and a sanitary equipment that offers the best features and functionality in their use.
In both cases, the walls were tiled in medium height with beige tiles. These fit very well with the ground that was placed, of tiles that mimic the parquet. The rest of the wall until reaching the ceiling was painted in a very similar tone, so that the room is well homogenous when combining all its elements.
With regard to sanitary equipment, the two bathrooms have a sink with built-in storage furniture, a toilet and a shower. They are joined by other details such as the large bathroom mirror they have or which to access is done through a sliding door, making the most of the available space.
