At Grupo Inventia we have already completed a new house renovation. On this occasion we moved to the town of Granollers to completely rehabilitate a home, improving both its image and the equipment of all its rooms.
In general we managed to create spaces with a pleasant atmosphere and, as can be seen in the next video, they generate a sensation of amplitude and luminosity.
Although the kitchen is open to the livingroom, it is very well defined visually with a kitchen bar that was placed next to a column. A linear distribution was used for the layout of the new elements.
At the end of the right side a two-door fridge was fitted and the counter is then brought up to the other end of the room. This, in addition to having storage capacity in the lower and upper part, is equipped with a ceramic hob and an individual sink.
On the right side a kitchen cabinet was placed in which the microwave and oven were fitted. Beside it, a perfect space was created to place the washer and dryer. A very functional kitchen was obtained in which neutral tones were used and a hydraulic floor that made it stand out.
In both bathrooms the walls were tiled in medium height with white beveled tiles and the rest of the wall was painted up to the ceiling. The main one was used in beige and in courtesy of blue. In both cases a hydraulic flooring was placed that contributes personality to the rooms.
Regarding the sanitary equipment, the main bathroom has a sink with built in closet, a pair of toilet and bidet and a shower. For its part, the complimentary bathroom also has a toilet and toilet, but its water area is a shower.
