Our latest house renovation takes us to a family flat on Ronda General Mitre in Barcelona. This project has completely transformed the space, integrating significant improvements in both the interior design and the equipment. The new interior design of the house reflects a lot of vitality. To improve the image of all spaces, we opted for a contemporary design. In this way we have painted the walls using neutral tones such as white and different shades of grey. Thanks to this, we have managed to create cozy and very bright spaces.
In addition, the image of each stay is related to each other. It is a homogeneous image that generates a very flattering linear aspect. The neutral tones of the walls are combined with a laminate parquet floor in a natural wood finish. We have laid this flooring both in the common areas and in the bedrooms.
Also taken care of placing several wall cupboards which have expanded the storage capacity. We can see them in the hall, in some individual bedrooms and also in the dressing area in the parents’ area.
One of the highlights of this house renovation has been the complete renovation of the kitchen, which now has high quality finishes and a functional U-shaped design. With the new layout, the kitchen has become the heart of the home, with optimized furniture and state-of-the-art equipment. All this facilitates both daily life and the organization of family gatherings and social events. This kitchen renovation improves the aesthetics of the flat and increases its functionality.
We have placed the oven, microwave and refrigerator at the far right of the kitchen. This is followed by the first section of the kitchen counter which is equipped with an induction plate. The counter turns to the left and gives way to a second section, equipped with the sink. The left side of this kitchen renovation is a breakfast bar that expands the support surface.
Another improvement applied to this kitchen in Barcelona is that we have expanded the storage capacity. It now has upper and lower cupboards, an area where we have also integrated the dishwasher. Because it uses neutral tones, it is perfectly integrated into the overall image.
