At Grupo Inventia we have completed a new house renovation in the city of Barcelona. This time we have carried out the total rehabilitation of a home located on Calle Urgell. In general, we have managed to generate spacious and bright spaces thanks to the use of neutral tones and laminate parquet flooring. All this is enhanced with the large natural light entrances of the room.

The kitchen is located in an own room and is distributed on two fronts. In addition, at the bottom of the room is a kitchen cabinet where the new electrical appliances, composed of the fridge, oven and microwave, were fitted.
On the left side was placed an elongated counter that offers a large surface support and is equipped with a cooking plate and a single sink. On the right side there was a new section of counter that has storage capacity both in the lower part and higher.
The property has three bathrooms, which have a very complete sanitary equipment and that offers the best benefits and functionality in its use. It consists of a sink with a built-in drawer, a toilet and a shower. For the design, he opted for a tiled tile with beige and other neutral tones, creating very warm and cozy rooms.
