We have completed a new house renovation work in Sant Cugat del Vallès. In Grupo Inventia we develop projects both for Barcelona city and for nearby towns. This second is the case of the new work in which we have been responsible for completely renovating both the interior design and the equipment of key rooms.
In the following video we present the general finishes of this new house renovation. We update our Youtube channel with all the renovations in Barcelona and neighborhoods that we are finalizing. This time a modern image has been printed and new appliances have been installed in the kitchen and sanitary ware in the bathrooms.
For the new image of this house renovation has opted for a contemporary interior design. The goal has been to achieve bright and spacious spaces. This creates a very cozy and ideal environment for a home. All this is achieved through the use of neutral tones that make the most of natural light.
The walls of rooms such as the living room and bedrooms have been painted white. This same color has been used for new doors and plinths. All this is combined with a parquet floor in natural wood tone. In general, a very cozy atmosphere has been achieved, suitable for both day-to-day use and for the most relaxed moments.
This time the kitchen is located in a separate room and is distributed on two fronts. On the left side, custom-made holes have been arranged to integrate the fridge and microwave. It also has a countertop and kitchen storage cabinets on top. On the right side there is a white kitchen cabinet at the bottom and a wood finish on the top cabinets.
The worktop provides a large support surface and a three-burner hob has been installed. Just below this the oven has been integrated. The majority white color in the room is combined with an imitation parquet ceramic floor. It is a very successful option both visually and practically, as it is a very resistant surface.
In this house renovation, the two bathrooms have also been completely renovated. In both cases, the sanitary equipment has been completely renewed. Each bathroom has a washbasin with storage furniture, a toilet and a water area. In the latter there are differences, since in one the bathtub has been maintained and in the other a shower tray has been placed.
A very similar design has also been used for the new image of these bathrooms. The walls have been tiled with beige tiles, achieving bright and visually spacious spaces. Dark tiles have been used to tile the shower wall of the main bathroom. A ceramic parquet floor has been placed in the guest bathroom.
