A new project of house renovation in Barcelona brings us all the way to Blasco de Garay street, in the Poble Sec area. It is a small flat, ideal for a single person or a couple. Through this main idea we have taken it upon ourselves to improve and adapt all the spaces of this home.

For the new image of this renovation in Barcelona, we have opted for an interior design with neutral tones. We have painted the walls white and laid a laminate parquet floor with a natural wood finish. These shades encourage the outside light to flow through all the corners of the flat.
Thanks to this combination, we have created very bright and visually spacious spaces. These are two perfect features for both common and private areas such as the bedroom. In addition, the wooden finishes bring more warmth. Continuing with the new image, we have installed new white baseboards and doors.
The kitchen has a rectangular surface and is distributed in an L shape. It is open concept and at the right end has a module to place the refrigerator. Meanwhile, on the left side there is a custom-made space where we have placed the washing machine and the heater. The kitchen renovation has two sections of counter that provides a large support and work surface.
We have installed an induction hob and a single sink. Another novelty in this kitchen renovation is that we have expanded the storage capacity. It has drawers and cupboards both in the upper and lower areas, where we have also integrated the oven. All this with a clay-toned kitchen cabinet and a gray tiled floor.
The house has a bathroom accessed by a sliding door. It is equipped with a washbasin with built-in furniture, a toilet and a shower tray. So it has three modern sanitary pieces that allow functional use at all times. In addition, it has a custom-made space to place an auxiliary storage unit.
For the bathroom renovation, a decorative line has been followed to match the general design. We tiled the walls with gray tiles and laid a floor of the same color. In this way we have created a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. In addition, we have completed it with a warm touch thanks to the wooden furniture in the toilet.
