We have traveled to the town of Sant Feliu de Llobregat to carry out a house renovation. It now has a functional layout, a modern image and ready-to-use equipment. In addition to carrying out renovations in Barcelona, we also travel to nearby towns.

The first step of this house renovation was to define the new interior design of the house. As it is a diaphanous space with lots of natural light, we opted for a contemporary design. Neutral tones are the protagonists and allow to generate bright and visually spacious spaces. In addition, we have taken it upon ourselves to apply the same image to both the common areas and the bedrooms.
We painted the walls white and combined it with a laminate parquet floor. The natural wood finish generates more warmth, a perfect feature for a home. To achieve a linear and homogeneous image we have also installed white doors.
This home has several bedrooms, an office and a very large day area. Right in the main space we have kept the fireplace, although we have installed a more modern and decorative one.
It is an open and spacious kitchen. It consists of an L-shaped kitchen counter and a kitchen island. In this way, the kitchen is located in its own space and is fluidly connected to the main area of the home. In addition, this kitchen island can be used as a kitchen bar. The island is equipped with an induction hob and an extractor hood integrated into the ceiling. It also has storage capacity at the bottom.
The main piece of furniture in this kitchen renovation is L-shaped and has custom-made gaps at the end to integrate the appliances. Specifically a fridge, an oven and a microwave. We have also installed the dishwasher in the lower part of the kitchen cabinet. For its part, the desk is wide and offers a large support and work surface. In addition, it is equipped with a single sink.
In this house renovation, we have taken it upon ourselves to improve two cleaning areas. On one side the suite bathroom and on the other, the courtesy bathroom. In both cases, we have installed three new sanitary units consisting of a toilet, toilet and shower tray. Each bathroom renovation is spacious and offers a lot of mobility.
As for the interior design, we have opted for a contemporary style. We tiled the walls with neutral-toned tiles to enhance the brightness and spaciousness. They are designed to be cozy and functional spaces on a daily basis.
