We have taken charge of renovating an apartment in Barcelona, specifically on Avinguda Madrid. It is a complete renovation, with improvements in interior image and equipment. The main objective was to provide this property with everything necessary to turn it into a real home.

We have taken charge of the kitchen renovation. It is distributed on two fronts and is open. The counter on the left side offers a support surface and has a sink. Also with an integrated dishwasher at the bottom and a microwave at the top. In addition, it has a large storage capacity with several drawers and cabinets.
On the right side of this kitchen in Barcelona we find another kitchen counter. We have equipped it with a four-burner stove accompanied by an extractor hood that descends from the ceiling. It also has an integrated oven just below. At the far end we have installed the refrigerator, with a steel finish like the rest of the appliances.
The counter can also function as a breakfast bar. Around it the new kitchen furniture offers more storage capacity.
This renovation in Barcelona has two cleaning spaces. One functions as a guest bathroom. We have applied a design in neutral tones to achieve a pleasant space. In the bathrooms it has a sink, toilet and showers. There is also space to place a washing machine as a laundry.
The bathroom renovations continue with the improvement of the main cleaning. We have continued with the neutral tones, although we have tiled the bathroom wall with blue tiles. From here it has a sink and furniture, toilet and shower tray with screens. Fully functional and ready to offer the best features.
In addition to the kitchen and bathrooms, our renovation team has worked on the interior image. We have opted for a contemporary style with neutral tones. In this way, we have created cozy spaces and added warmth thanks to the new parquet floor.
