We want to share the result of a new complete renovation in Badalona that we have just completed. Specifically, we have completely renovated an apartment located on Valencia Street, transforming its main rooms to create a more functional, modern and comfortable home.
In this renovation, we have created a new kitchen and completely renovated the bathroom, adapting both spaces to offer the best features and make everyday life easier.
The new kitchen features a linear layout accompanied by a practical breakfast bar. On the right-hand side, the new appliances have been integrated, including the refrigerator, which is completely concealed behind the kitchen cabinet doors, as well as the oven and microwave. They all feature an elegant black finish that adds a contemporary touch to the overall design.
Next, we find a long countertop that provides a generous working and support surface. A three-burner hob and a single-bowl sink have been installed on it. As a design detail, both the tap and the hob also feature a black finish, creating a uniform and elegant look.
In terms of storage, the kitchen has different units both in the lower section and in the upper area. For the cabinetry, we have combined a neutral tone with wood finishes on the upper cabinets. This choice integrates perfectly with the property’s new flooring, featuring a natural wood parquet finish, adding warmth and visual continuity.
The kitchen bar also increases the storage capacity and can be used as a comfortable surface for breakfasts or informal meals. This makes it a practical and functional element within the layout.
As part of this new complete renovation in Badalona, we have also completely renovated the bathroom. The space now features sanitary equipment consisting of a sink with a large countertop and a storage unit with two drawers, a wall-hung toilet and, at the back of the room, a practical shower tray protected by sliding shower screens.
For the bathroom design, we have chosen a combination of beige and stone-coloured tiles, creating a contemporary, fresh and very pleasant aesthetic. This proposal fits perfectly with the new look of the rest of the home.
Another practical detail of this bathroom renovation in Badalona is the access through a sliding door. This solution allows the available space to be used to the maximum and facilitates movement throughout the home.
