We have completed the complete penthouse renovation in Barcelona. Specifically on Bonaplata street, in the Sarrià Sant Gervasi district. In this complete renovation project, in addition to improving the interior areas, we have also renovated the terrace. A joint project with the company Ésverd. Specialized in exterior design and gardening.
For the new interior image of the house, we have opted for a neutral design. We have used neutral tones to enhance the brightness and visual spaciousness. All this to achieve warm and cozy spaces. Thus, we have painted the walls of both the day area and the bedrooms white.
To maintain this homogeneous image, we have also installed white doors. As well as their frames and baseboards. This is combined with a tiled floor that imitates parquet. We achieve a modern image and a greater feeling of warmth. At the same time, a floor made of a resistant and durable material.
All this regarding the interior image of this penthouse renovation in Barcelona, since we have also renovated the terrace. We have covered the floor and railings with wood and created several spaces with planters. The terrace renovation is divided into two spaces. The kitchen renovation is open and has an L-shaped layout. In the open space in the living room we place a section of multi-function counter. First it works as a support and work surface. The main counter is large and is equipped with a single-sink sink and an induction hob. It also has storage capacity with several drawers and cabinets.
