In this renovation in Badalona, we worked on a home located on Guifré Street, fully renovating the property. Our goal was to improve both the interior image and the overall functionality. For the new interior design, we chose a contemporary style, with neutral tones taking center stage. This allowed us to enhance brightness and visual spaciousness throughout the home. We painted the walls in a soft beige tone, ideal for reflecting natural light. This finish is combined with parquet flooring in natural wood tones, adding warmth and continuity.
The same interior design has been applied in the bedrooms, maintaining a cohesive image throughout the property. Within this renovation in Badalona, the kitchen was one of the most transformed spaces. It is an open kitchen distributed on two fronts, ensuring excellent mobility. We carefully planned the placement of each element to improve daily usability.
On the left side of the kitchen units, we integrated the refrigerator, oven, and microwave. This leads into a countertop equipped with an induction cooktop. This area includes storage both below and above. Opposite, we installed a second countertop that expands the working surface. It includes the sink and a practical dishwasher underneath.

The home features two bathrooms that we fully renovated. Regarding sanitary equipment, both include a washbasin, one of them double, a toilet, and a comfortable shower area. These are spaces designed to offer comfort and practicality.
