On Cardenal Cisneros Street, in the Chamberí neighborhood, we continue working on the renovation of a family flat. Once this renovation in Madrid is finished, the owners will have a home with a modern design and complete equipment. We can currently see how the common areas and bedrooms are defined.
In the images of the working progress, we can see that it is a very bright apartment with spacious rooms. We are in the middle of smoothing the walls and installing the ceilings. In the coming days we will begin the process of installing the floor. Today we have also started tiling the bathroom. We can sense a bathroom renovation with an elegant design and neutral tones.
Another of our renovations in Madrid takes us to the town of Paracuellos del Jarama. It is a more advanced renovation project. For example, we already have well-defined spaces such as the kitchen renovations and the rest of the rooms. In this case, we are taking care of converting a two-story house into two completely independent homes.
Given this situation, we have had to develop two projects, one for each home that we will create. A work that involves all our departments in an excellent teamwork. Observing how the new spaces have been defined, we are confident in a result that meets the requirements.
