A few weeks ago, at the Inventia Group, we completed the house renovation that we were carrying out at the Congrés street of Barcelona. Now, we can show the before and after this new work of rehabilitation of house.

The most visible change in this kitchen is that the walls were demolished so that it was open to the livingroom. With this, coupled with the design in neutral tones, it generated a spacious and bright space. The kitchen was distributed in the form of an U, left the appliances and the first section of kitchen counter that is equipped with a ceramic hob.
Thus, the kitchen has two sections of counter to be used as a support surface. In the case of the open in the livingroom, this account with an individual sink. In turn, the kitchen has a large storage capacity both in its lower part and in a part of the upper one.
From the beginning the bathroom improved its design to give way to a much more contemporary image. The walls were tiled in half height with beige tiles and the rest was painted white. In addition, both the floor and the shower wall are tiled with tiles that mimic the wood, creating a spectacular image.
Regarding the sanitary equipment, it was provided by a bathroom of three pieces totally new and lists to offer the best benefits. It is composed of a large sink with built-in drawer, a suspended toilet and a practical and spacious shower.
