A new house renovation project takes us to Cançó street, in the city of Barcelona. In this location we have been responsible for carrying out the houe renovation of this home. Our mission? To improve all aspects to achieve a cozy and functional home. That is why we have worked on a new interior image and updating all the facilities.

The kitchen is located in its own room and has a U-shaped layout. In this way, each new element of the kitchen is located in the indicated place. We have allocated the left side to the appliances. There are custom-made gaps for the washing machine, oven, microwave and also the refrigerator.
The countertop is L-shaped and offers a large support and work surface. We have also installed an induction hob and a double-breasted sink. We have also expanded the storage capacity of the kitchen. The lower and upper parts of the countertops have several drawers and cabinets.
For the new image of this kitchen renovation we have opted for a modern image with neutral tones. The lower kitchen cabinet is white and the upper cabinets are gray and match the countertop.
In this house renovation we have also taken care of improving the bathroom. It is a modern and functional cleaning space that facilitates daily use. It has a large sink accompanied by a cabinet with two drawers and a cabinet. The storage space is complemented by a vertical cabinet.
It is accompanied by a classic-looking toilet and a water area. It is a large shower protected by opaque sliding door screens. In terms of design, in this bathroom renovation we have used a neutral style. That is why we have tiled the walls with beige tiles. This way the brightness and visual spaciousness are enhanced.
When determining the new image, our interior designers in Barcelona have looked for a familiar and cozy design. We have painted the walls with a soft beige tone that enhances the feeling of warmth. This is also accompanied by the new parquet floor in natural wood tones that we have installed.
It combines very naturally with the new white baseboards and doors. Thanks to this design we make the most of the natural light entering. This way every corner of the house is illuminated.
