The main priority in making the design proposal was to create a bright, spacious and comfortable space for everyday use. Therefore, we have chosen materials that help us in our purpose. On the one hand, on the floor, a wood imitation tile has been placed throughout the floor.
The tile offers us high resistance, one of the requirements of the customers, and the finish gives us visual warmth in the rooms. Together, we put the plinth in the same finish as the tiles. For their part, the walls, to emphasize the light, have been painted white. In the children’s rooms, to give you a little life, a color has been chosen to paint some of the walls.
The kitchen is an independent space in the living room. It is distributed with a single linear where we find the work area and newly installed appliances. The design is designed to guarantee maximum storage capacity and practicality in its use. The floor is continuous with the rest of the house, and a porcelain counter has been placed that seeks the same tonality of colors and textures. The rest of the kitchen furniture is white, which seeks to give the kitchen spaciousness while guaranteeing a timeless style.
The walls in this case have been tiled, with a tile of a light gray tone to go together with the rest of the design proposal. In terms of lighting, downlights or light panels have been considered, to provide the necessary light in a work area such as the kitchen.
We have taken charge of the renovation of two cleaning spaces. On the one hand, we have the common bathroom. Since this one is small, priority has been given to creating a comfortable and practical space for day-to-day use. To give a sense of spaciousness, light colored tiles and wood have been used, to bring warmth to the stay. It is equipped with a floor-standing toilet, suspended furniture with two drawers, a backlit mirror and a shower tray with a sliding screen to facilitate access to the shower.
As for the lighting, we find completely waterproof bull’s eyes and a backlit mirror. So we have a specific light for each use. As for the other bathroom, it is part of the suite, this one with a more generous size. The needs were different and it is equipped with a bathtub, a suspended piece of furniture, a toilet and a bidet.
The tones used are light colors and in this case we have combined a smooth tile with its decorated set at the back of the bathtub. The lighting in this case is made up of bull’s eyes and a sconce placed on top of the mirror.
