The aim of this house construction is to achieve functional spaces with a contemporary design. Following this premise we have painted the walls with a soft beige tone. The new white doors and plinths contrast subtly. Combined applies a modern image that acquires warmth thanks to the parquet floor.
Combined with this wooden floor finish we have the windows with wooden frames and much of the kitchen furniture. This new interior design makes the most of natural light. In this way, both the living room and the bedrooms are perfectly lit and offer a cozy and familiar atmosphere.
The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is open. It has a main counter, a kitchen island and a built-in wardrobe. The latter generates storage capacity and the oven and microwave have also been integrated into it. Right next to it, between the two counters, the rest of the elements of this kitchen are distributed.
In the kitchen island we have installed the glass ceramic plate and there is storage capacity in the lower part. The other counter offers support surface and has a single sink. In addition to drawers and cupboards, we have integrated the dishwasher in the lower area. At the far right we find the fridge.
In this house construction in Sant Quirze we renovated three bathrooms. One on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, one of them located in the suite. In the three bathroom renovations, the neutral image of the rest of the rooms has been followed. To achieve this, we have used neutral tiles and complete equipment that varies depending on the size of the bathroom.
Each bathroom has a toilet with furniture and drawers. In addition, there are niches that expand the storage capacity. They also have a toilet and a shower tray protected by transparent screens. At the same time, they have been equipped with strategic lighting and quality finishes.
