At Grupo Inventia we have just finished a new house renovation in the city of Barcelona. On this occasion we carried out the total rehabilitation in a house located in Carreras i Candi street.
Before commenting on the details of this new house renovation, we share a video where you can see the general finishes. For example, the renovated rooms in which it was managed to generate greater amplitude and luminosity.
It is a spacious and open kitchen in the livingroom. For the disposition of its new elements a distribution in the form of U was chosen. On the left side a vacuum was made to measure the fridge. In the central part the main countertop extends. It offers a wide support surface and is equipped with an individual sink and a kitchen with four hobs. Just below it the oven was fitted.
The right part, open to the livingroom, was used on a support surface and can also be used as a kitchen bar. It should be noted that the room has storage capacity along the bottom of the countertops.
The two bathrooms with the house feature a neutral image through a medium tiled tiled with beige tiles. The combination of these colors generates two very welcoming rooms.
With regard to sanitary equipment, both rooms have all the necessary elements to receive the best benefits. These are made up of a toilet, a toilet and a practical shower. This last one is protected by transparent sliding door partitions, which does not leave any room left in the room.
