We add a new house renovation in Barcelona completed. On this occasion we have taken it upon ourselves to fit out a house located on Calàbria street. Now this flat has a functional layout, with an open kitchen and spacious spaces. There is also an updated equipment and image.

One of the first steps in this house renovation in Barcelona was to define the new interior image. Having a large entrance of natural light we opted for a contemporary design with neutral tones. So we painted the walls white. Thus we allow the light to flow easily.
On the other hand, we have kept original elements such as the doors, the hydraulic pavement and the volta catalana ceiling. Each of these elements has been previously restored and suitable. In this way, the house maintains the original essence and a characteristic design of Barcelona.
Regarding the renovation, we adapted the master bedroom and turned the second bedroom into a dressing room. In the same way, the day area has stopped being divided into two rooms to be a single and diaphanous space.
A major innovation in this project is the kitchen renovation. In its original state it was in its own stay, while now it occupies another space. We place it to the right of the entrance and it is an open, L-shaped kitchen. We have fully equipped it, with a fridge, oven and integrated dishwasher.
We have installed a three-burner stove and a single-sinu sink on the counters. In addition, we have taken it upon ourselves to change the kitchen window to enhance its functionality. The kitchen renovation has also involved an improvement in the image. Now the kitchen furniture is neutral in tone, generating a design with a rustic touch.
Within the new kitchen design we have kept the original hydraulic floor, maintaining continuity with the rest of the flooring in the house.
The new bathroom is located where the kitchen was, we have also redistributed it. This bathroom renovation is designed to achieve the greatest possible functionality. It is a spacious and bright space, thanks to a design with white tiles.
In addition to the image, we have also renewed the sanitary equipment. It now has a toilet, a large sink and a shower tray. The latter is construction work and is separated by a half-height wall.
