At Grupo Inventia we are in charge of carrying out house renovations in Barcelona city and nearby towns. We have just completed a new housing rehabilitation work in the municipality of Arenys de Mar. The town of Arenys de Mar is located in the coastal area of Maresme. A Mediterranean interior design was an excellent option in this house renovation. The walls have been painted in a soft shade of beige that allows natural light to expand to every corner of the home. In addition to renovating the interior design, exterior renovation work has also been carried out. The terrace was adapted by changing the pavement and painting the walls. Now the exterior of the house has a modern image and has durable finishes.
In this house renovation the kitchen is located in an independent space to which it is acceded through a sliding door. At the entrance there is a small corridor in which the refrigerator has been integrated. After this we come to a space where we find a white L-shaped kitchen cabinet.
The two worktops offer a large support and work surface. They are also equipped with a sink and a ceramic hob. Several drawers and storage cabinets have been placed in both the upper and upper areas of the worktops. The oven has also been integrated into the lower cabinet. A highly functional kitchen with a design in white and gray tones.
Other spaces that have been renewed both in image and equipment in this house renovation are the bathrooms. In this case a three-piece master bath and a toilet. The latter works as an extra space that has a sink with built-in storage cabinet and a toilet. For its part, the main bathroom, in addition to sink and toilet, has a protected shower with a transparent screen.
If they are the same in something, it is in their new image. The walls have been tiled with gray tiles, the same used for the new pavement. The bathroom furniture has wood finishes and the master bathroom is spacious. It has shelves and two large drawers that allow you to perfectly organize all kinds of bathroom products.
