In Grupo Inventia we have a department specialized in interior design. For this project we have worked on the basis of a contemporary interior design. Although a current image has been applied to all the spaces of the house, this one continues maintaining its essence. All this based on the needs expressed by the owners of the property. Most of the walls have been painted white. The goal is to achieve bright and visually spacious spaces. The mentioned characteristics are enhanced even more thanks to the large entrances of natural light that the house has. This image is also kept in the kitchen, which is open and with white furniture.
For the new floor, a parquet floor in natural wood tones has been chosen. A very successful finish to generate warmth in spaces such as the livingroom or bedrooms. The final image that has been achieved is very welcoming and is perfect for all moments. This combination is maintained on the staircase that connects the two floors of the house. The steps are made of wood and the iron railing is black with gold details.
The kitchen is open and is located very close to the front door to the house. It has several spaces that generate a practical kitchen, with perfect mobility and that offers a lot of functionality. An L-shaped countertop has been placed in the central part. Both at the bottom and top it has cabinets and drawers for storage. A hob has been installed on the worktops and will also house the sink.
Right in front has been placed a kitchen bar, also white with the support in black. This creates a perfect space for breakfast, relaxing meals and even coffee with visitors. The left part of the kitchen is occupied by a kitchen cabinet in which the new appliances have been integrated. This kitchen renovation has been fitted with a fridge, oven, microwave and wine cellar.
As for the image of this kitchen, a white furniture has been chosen. Both cabinet and drawer doors and countertops are white. In this way a homogeneous image is achieved throughout the plant, although each space is very well defined. For the pavement has remained the same as in the largest area of the house, a parquet floor in shades of natural wood.
Another space that has been improved in this renovation in Barcelona is the bathroom. It is accessed through a sliding door. For the interior design of the bathroom has also opted for neutral tones that create a very pleasant atmosphere. The walls have been tiled at half height with beige tiles, the same color as the floor tiles. The rest of the wall and the attic ceiling have been painted white. They are joined by the wooden finishes of the washbasin cabinet.
