At Grupo Inventia we have been responsible for carrying out a new house renovation in Barcelona. We moved to Bacardí street to renovate certain aspects of this home. Our team has been responsible for updating the entire electrical installation in accordance with regulations. An interior design project has also been carried out that has involved painting and floor change work in all spaces.

In addition to the technical section, our interior design department has worked on a project with which the image has been completely renewed. This has led to a modern and current image based on a contemporary style. Taking advantage of the natural light inputs, neutral tones have been used to generate bright and visually spacious spaces.
In this way the walls have been painted white, the right one to allow the light to spread without problems. The new plinths are also white and generate a homogeneous image in rooms such as the livingroom or bedrooms. With this choice in the color of the paint also achieves a right contrast with the doors and the frames of the windows, that present a finish in wood.
Another of the improvements that have been carried out in this project of house renovation and interior design has been the change of pavement. As with painting, the surface of the entire home needed to fit a more current image. In this way, the original floor has been replaced by a parquet floor in natural wood tones.
Now the whole house has a cozy and warm image. Livingroom, hallway, bedrooms… All the spaces have the same type of parquet floor that contributes to generate that visual homogeneity together with the new painting. This combination is ideal for stays such as bedrooms, which offer a perfect atmosphere for rest.
