A new renovation project takes us to the town of Castellví de Rosanes. We have undertaken a house renovation, improving both the image and the equipment. Thanks to our work, it now has a modern image and is ready to offer the best performance.

The kitchen occupies its own space, although it is open concept. It is an L-shaped peninsula with two sections of counter. One equipped with a sinus sink and the other with a glass ceramic plate. The lower part also has storage capacity and we have integrated several appliances, the dishwasher and the oven.
In the upper area we have anchored storage cupboards where we have integrated a microwave. Next we placed the fridge. This kitchen renovation also features a breakfast bar with storage underneath. It is lit by some bull’s-eye lamps.
For the design of the kitchen we opted for white furniture combined with beige counters. The floor of this kitchen also has the same beige tone, achieving a bright and spacious space.
In this house renovation, we have also taken on the task of renovating the two cleaning areas. One is accessed by a sliding door and has a vanity unit with storage furniture and a toilet. It works as an auxiliary toilet and complements the main bathroom perfectly.
On the other hand, there is the main bathroom, a larger space that has a water area. In this bathroom renovation, we opted for a shower tray that is protected by sliding door screens. It is accompanied by a toilet with storage furniture and also a toilet with classic lines.
In both bathroom renovations we used a very similar design with neutral tones. In this way we have achieved spaces with a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. The walls have been tiled with beige tiles and in the master bathroom we have laid a gray tiled floor. On the other hand, we also used beige tiles for cleaning.
Kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation and we have also taken it upon ourselves to improve the interior design of the whole house. We have applied a contemporary style in neutral tones and parquet flooring. In this way, we have managed to give this house a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wooden floor finishes are complemented by the beige walls.
We have also changed the doors, which are white and the windows, which are now black aluminium. In this case, they are windows that promote thermal and acoustic insulation. As a detail, we have kept the location of the fireplace, although we have changed it to a modern fireplace in black.
