Recently Grupo Inventia concluded a new house renovation work on housing in the city of Barcelona. This time we were commissioned to completely renovate a property located on Castillejos street. The combination of the work of our interior design department and the execution of renovation resulted in improved spaces both in image and in equipment.
Before reviewing the details of this new house renovation work you can see the general finishes achieved in the next video. In general, a contemporary style was applied to all rooms, with details such as the brick ceiling seen from the livingroom or the new parquet flooring.
The kitchen is located in an own room and is distributed in the form of a U. At the end of the right side the new appliances are fitted, consisting of a refrigerator, oven and microwave. Next, a section of counter to support surface is born. This twist to the left and gives way to another overhead, in this case equipped with a sink.
On the left side of this kitchen renovation was placed another envelope, in this case the one chosen to put the ceramic hob. In addition to the equipment, in this kitchen renovation also stands out the tile of the walls with beveled tiles and the large storage capacity that was placed in it.
The bathroom renovation involved a great improvement in the interior design of the room. The walls were tiled in medium height with white metro tiles and the rest was painted in gray until it reached the ceiling. These colors manage to generate amplitude and luminosity in the room, which culminates the personality of the hydraulic pavement that was placed.
For the sanitary equipment it was bet by functional elements and that offered the best benefits in its use. In this way the bathroom renovation was equipped with a double labavo with built-in storage drawers, a toilet and a shower with sliding door screens.
