At Grupo Inventia we carried out a house renovation in Cerdanyola del Vallès and we have already completed the work. Again, our interior design and construction departments worked side by side to achieve a perfect result in all the rooms that had to be renovated and equipped.
Before commenting on the most outstanding details of this new house renovation work we would like to share this video so that the general finishes achieved can be appreciated.
In general we apply a new image from a modern and contemporary style. The objective was to achieve bright and visually spacious stays. This was achieved by combining neutral tone paint on the walls and a wooden flooring in middle wooden tones.
This image can be seen in most homes, such as in the livingroom, corridors or bedrooms. This new interior design also has the help of natural light. The rooms have a good entrance of this one, reason why it contributes to generate this luminosity and amplitude pretended.
The kitchen is located in an open space and is distributed on two fronts. At the end of the right side, the one on the wall, there were gaps tailored to fit the appliances. Specifically refrigerator, oven and microwave. Next, a countertop equipped with a double sink is born. This area also has storage capacity, with cabinets and drawers both in its lower part and higher.
Just in front of it was placed a new section of kitchen counter equipped with a ceramic hob. In addition to expanding the surface of support and work, this counter also serves as a kitchen bar. Thus, a perfect place to carry out daily intakes is achieved in a more relaxed way. Finally, for the pavement, a hydraulic floor was placed, visually distinguishing the space of the kitchen from the rest of the house.
