At Grupo Inventia we have completed a new house renovation in the city of Barcelona. On this occasion the work was carried out in a house located on Comte d’Urgell street. As you can see in the next video, we get spacious and bright spaces that create a cozy and friendly atmosphere.
The kitchen occupies its own space, but has an open wall in the livingroom that generates a greater amplitude in the room. On the left side was placed a countertop section that offers a lot of support surface and that is equipped with a kitchen with four hobs and a single sink. In addition, this space has drawers and storage cabinets both in the lower and upper parts.
On the right side, the open in the livingroom, a new countertop section was extended, which extended the surface of support and work and which can also be used as a kitchen bar. At the bottom of the room there was a kitchen cabinet with custom holes to be fitted in the oven, refrigerator and microwave.
The house had two bathrooms and a toilet equipped with a sink and a toilet. With regard to the bathrooms, these were fully equipped, offering the best features and functionality in their use. After the renovation they have a sink with a built-in drawer, a toilet and a shower.
For neutral interior design neutral shades were used, with tiled walls half-height with beige tiles. In short, cozy rooms with a lot of visual amplitude were achieved.
