In Grupo Inventia we have completed another house renovation work. This time we have moved to Doctor Balari Jovany street in Barcelona to completely rehabilitate the rooms of this house. Interior design and key areas such as kitchen and bathroom were completed.
In general, it has been possible to provide this house renovation with cozy spaces through a contemporary decorative style. To this end, neutral paintings have been given prominence and a natural wood finish parquet floor has been laid. The kitchen is located in a separate room which is accessed through a sliding door. To achieve the maximum benefit of the available space has been distributed on two fronts, achieving a very functional mobility. On both fronts they are occupied by white kitchen furniture which gives a lot of storage space.
On the right side there was a counter that goes from end to end. It offers a large support surface and is also equipped with a ceramic hob and sink. At the bottom it has also been baked in the oven. Just in front of you is another counter that expands the workspace. It has cabinets both in its lower and upper area, where it has been fitted in the microwave. At the far end, a custom-made vacuum is provided to put the fridge.
The bathroom renovation has meant an excellent improvement in the aspects of interior design and equipment. All walls have been fully tiled using beige tiles. This color is the same as that chosen for the stoneware flooring, thus making it a very cozy and visually spacious room.
As for the new sanitary equipment, it is made up of four pieces. On the one hand we have a large sink with built-in storage furniture and a toilet. They are accompanied by a bidet and a rectangular shower tray that is protected by sliding door screens.
