At Grupo Inventia we completed a new house renovation in the city of Barcelona, specifically in a house located on Dos de Maig street. In general we managed to print a contemporary image in the building, as well as renovating the equipment of all its rooms.
Before commenting on the details of this new work by Grupo Inventia we share a video in which you can see the general finishes of the house renovation.
The kitchen is located in an own room, which is accessed by a sliding door, and a distribution on two fronts was chosen. On the right side was placed a counter that offers support surface and that is equipped with a ceramic plate and in which the oven and microwave are fitted in the bottom and upper respectively.
The left side is also occupied by a counter, on this occasion equipped with a sink of only one and with drawers and storage cabinets both in the lower and upper parts. At its end, a vacuum was made to measure the fridge, which will complement the new appliances of this kitchen reform.
The main bathroom renovated its equipment thus having a new washbasin, with built-in storage furniture, a toilet and a shower protected by sliding door partitions. For the interior design, the walls were tiled in half height with beige tiles and the rest was painted white until reaching the ceiling, generating a spacious and bright space.
The complimentary bathroom was also completely renewed, which functions as an extra space for daily hygiene habits. In this way the room has a toilet, a sink and, at the bottom of the room, a shower. For the interior design, a very similar image to the previous one was used with tiled walls in medium height with beige tiles and the rest of the wall painted from white to the ceiling.
