House renovation in Balmes street

At Grupo Inventia we have completed a new house renovation in the city of Barcelona. For this occasion, we are responsible for completely rehabilitating a property located in Balmes street. Improvements were made to the interior design and the rooms of the kitchen and the bathrooms were fully equipped.

In the next video you can see the general finishes of the work done. After the project developed by our interior design department, our team was able to translate it into reality with an excellent result.

Kitchen renovation

The kitchen is open to the dining room, but it occupies its own space and is distributed in the form of L. At the end of the right side, the appliances are fitted with a fridge, oven and microwave. Next is a section of counter that was equipped with a vitroceramic plate.

This twist to the left to make way for a second section of counter that extends the surface of support and work, in addition to counting on the sink. The two zones have cabinets and drawers for storage both on the lower and upper part of the kitchen counter.

In the open part was placed a wooden kitchen bar with which you get a perfect space to perform any daily intake, plus gain a surface of support more.

Bathrooms renovation

The two bathrooms with the apartment are fully equipped, with a sink with built-in storage furniture, a toilet and a water area. This last element is that it varies, since while in the main bathroom there is a bathtub, in the courtesy it is a shower. In turn, in this bathroom renovation an extra storage cupboard was anchored to the wall.

For the interior design, he opted to tile the walls completely, a practical decision to keep the rooms clean. In the courtesy bathroom, beige tiles were used and the walls were combined with tiled walls in the main bathroom with grey tiles and tiles that mimic the finish in wood.

In both cases, two rooms of warm and warm atmosphere were achieved, while generating a greater sensation of amplitude and luminosity.
