A new house renovation in Barcelona takes us to Marquès de Campo Sagrado street. We have been in charge of renovating a flat with two bedrooms, bathroom and open kitchen. In addition, it also has two bedrooms and a living room space. All this with a cozy and contemporary atmosphere.

When establishing the project, one of the first steps was to define the new interior design. We opted for a contemporary style with neutral tones. In this way we manage to make the most of natural light and illuminate all spaces. To generate warmth we have painted the walls in beige. We have done this in both the common areas and the bedrooms.
Another innovation that complements this new contemporary interior design is the flooring. We installed a parquet floor in natural wood tones. It is combined with the wooden furniture that we can see both in the rooms and in the kitchen cabinets. On the other hand, for the new doors we have chosen the color white.
As decoration, we have created moldings and rosettes in the day space and in the master bedroom. They are finishes that maintain the essence of Barcelona’s architecture.
The kitchen is located just to the right of the entrance to the flat. This is an open kitchen renovation with a U-shaped layout. In addition to a kitchen design integrated into the rest of the flat, it is fully equipped.
In the column on the left side we have left a hole to fit the fridge. Then a counter is born with a sink and support surface. We have integrated the microwave in the upper cupboards. The central counter is equipped with an induction plate and an oven, integrated into the lower cabinet.
On the right side we find the third desk. It is used as a support and work surface, as well as functioning as a breakfast bar.
In this house renovation, we have also renovated the bathroom on this floor. It is a bright and pleasant space with neutral tones. We tiled the walls with beige tiles. In the new image of this bathroom there is room for wood finishes, such as the bathroom furniture.
As for the new sanitary facilities, it has a toilet, toilet and shower tray. The water area is protected by screens with sliding doors.
