At Grupo Inventia we have recently completed a new house renovation in the city of Barcelona. On this occasion, we moved to Rambla Badal to completely rehabilitate a flat.
Then we share a video in which you can see the general finishes of the house renovation work carried out. Next, we will discuss the most outstanding details of the kitchen renovation and the new image that we applied in rooms such as the livingroom or the bedrooms.
The kitchen is open to the livingroom, but its space is very well defined by a U-shaped distribution. On the left side was placed the refrigerator, which is camouflaged by the doors of the same kitchen cabinet. Next, a small piece of kitchen countertop equipped with a single sink is born.
The counter tans to the right and leads to a second stretch, more elongated and equipped with a ceramic hob. This zone has lower and higher storage, where the oven and microwave were respectively fitted. Already on the right side, the open in the living room, there is a new counter to expand the surface of support and work. In addition, it can be used as a kitchen bar.
The livingroom is presented as a very pleasant and inviting space. Several walls were painted beige, a tone that transmits warmth. This color is very accurate, as it is combined with other walls and the exposed brick ceiling, generating a very contemporary image, although with fantastic rustic touches. With the finishes of the walls and the ceiling, it was decided to place a parquet flooring in medium wooden tones.
Both in the hallway and in the bedrooms, the general image of the house was followed and it can also be seen in the room. In this case the walls were painted beige and a wooden floor was placed in all wooden means. There is no doubt that the rooms were very cozy and perfect for the rest. Another improvement is the placing of white doors, generating a great contrast.
