The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room and is very well defined visually. The main area has a linear layout, although it also has a kitchen island. This works as a breakfast bar, perfect for breakfasts and leisurely meals. In addition, it also offers a large support surface and storage capacity at the bottom.
The linear kitchen unit has a worktop equipped with a cooking plate and a single-bowl sink. Both in the lower and upper part it has drawers and cupboards that expand the kitchen storage. At the ends we have integrated the new appliances. To the left is the oven and microwave, both with a black finish, and to the right is the fridge. We have also integrated a dishwasher in the lower kitchen unit.

We have also been in charge of renovating the two bathrooms in the house. In both cases we applied the same bathroom interior design and equipped them with three new sanitary pieces. Now each cleaning space is ready to offer the best performance at all times.
Each bathroom renovation has a countertop sink with an elongated storage cabinet with wood finishes. We installed a floating toilet with the cistern hidden in the wall. This way we achieve a modern image and also generate more visual space. For the water area, one bathroom has a shower tray and the other a bathtub. In both chaos we have placed a protective bulkhead.
For the new image we opted for a neutral style to achieve more brightness and a feeling of spaciousness. We tiled the walls with white tiles and laid a gray floor. These are resistant surfaces that require very simple maintenance.
In addition to the kitchen and bathroom renovations, we also worked on the new interior design of the house. Together with the owners, we opted for a contemporary design with neutral tones prominent. The main objective has been to provide each area of the home with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
That’s why we painted the walls white and laid a parquet floor in medium wood tones. Thanks to this combination, we managed to let the light flow easily to enhance the feeling of spaciousness and brightness. We see this new image in the living room, the corridor or the bedrooms.
