At the house renovations company Grupo Inventia, we have been in charge of completely renovation a new home. To carry it out we have moved to Leiva street in Barcelona. There we have been responsible for improving both the general interior design and the equipment of spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom.

As in every house renovation that we carry out, our interior design department draws up a previous project. In this way the owners can see what the final result will be before the works begin. This time we have opted for a contemporary design with which very bright and visually spacious spaces have been generated.
White has been used to paint the walls. The right one to get the light to spread to every corner. This allows to introduce different finishes and in this case the wood has been chosen. Wooden exposed beams have been maintained and restored on the living room ceiling. An imitation parquet ceramic floor has been chosen for the pavement. In turn, the steps that give access to the bedroom are also made of wood. In general, with this house renovation, very welcoming spaces have been achieved.
We find an open kitchen renovation with a U-shaped distribution. Given the characteristics of the house this is the most suitable layout. Now each element is in the perfect place to offer its maximum functionality. An L-shaped worktop has been arranged on the left side. There are storage modules at both the bottom and top.
The countertop on the left is intended for support and work surface. While the center worktop has a hob and built-in oven just below. On the right side, the most open, a new countertop has been placed that has a sink. In turn, a custom space has been provided to integrate the refrigerator.
Another space renovated and improved in this house renovation is the bathroom. It has been applied a design similar to the rest of the house with a combination of white and wood finishes. The walls have been completely tiled with white meter type tiles. This achieves a modern image and a very bright space.
As for the new sanitary equipment, a three-piece bathroom has been chosen. One of them is the sink, which has a wooden piece of furniture with two drawers. It is accompanied by a classic-style toilet and a shower tray protected by sliding door partitions. It is a functional bathroom and ready to offer the best features.
