New house renovation work completed in the city of Barcelona. On this occasion Grupo Inventia‘s team moved to Mineria street to carry out a total rehabilitation of housing. Improvements were made both to interior design and equipment. Now housing looks contemporary. This can be seen in the video that we share below.
The kitchen is open and is distributed on two fronts. On the right side, the open, a countertop equipped with a sink was placed. In addition, it has a good surface support, storage at the bottom and can be used as a kitchen bar. In the floor, the pavement stands out, for which tiles with a nice black and white effect were placed.
On the left side was placed a new counter, it is equipped with a ceramic hob. In this area, there were several drawers and closets for storage both in the lower and upper parts. At the end of the right the appliances were fitted. They are shaped by an oven, a microwave and a refrigerator.
The property had a main bathroom and a toilet. Both were completely renewed in both image and sanitary equipment. In both rooms was placed a toilet, a basin with storage furniture and a shower. The two bathrooms are perfect for everyday life and for the calmest moments.
For the new image, it was chosen to tile the walls halfway with beige tiles. This generates more sensation of amplitude and luminosity. In the main bathroom the tiled shower stands out. Hydraulic type tiles that provided an interesting touch of color on the floor were used for this purpose.
