For the new interior design of this apartment in Sants, we have opted for neutral tones. They are ideal for creating cozy and warm spaces. In addition, they allow light to flow smoothly, creating well-lit areas. We painted the walls beige, creating a nice contrast with the new white doors and plinths.
For the pavement we have chosen a hydraulic imitation tile floor. They combine very well with the Catalan vaulted ceiling that we have restored. Despite having a modern appearance, in this house renovation in Sants we have kept the original essence. We have also changed the windows in the living room and bedroom. Now they are made of aluminum carpentry and double glazing.
We have taken care of the kitchen renovation, it is now L-shaped and is open to the living room. It offers great mobility and is presented as a functional kitchen, perfect for daily use. In addition, at the far right there is a breakfast bar that also functions as a dining area.
On the left side we find the fridge and a section of counter equipped with a sink. It goes back to the right and gives way to a longer counter where we installed the induction plate. In the lower part we have integrated the oven, the washing machine and the dishwasher. In the upper cabinets, in addition to having kitchen storage, we have integrated the microwave.
As part of this house renovation, we have also undertaken to improve the bathroom. It now has complete medical equipment and is ready to offer the best services. The toilet has a square design and has a storage unit at the bottom. It is accompanied by a toilet with a cistern at the back and a shower tray.
The bathroom design follows the neutral lines of the general image of the home. The wall is tiled at half height with white tiles. We painted the rest of the wall beige. The green tiles on the shower wall stand out, generating personality in the new bathroom.
