We have gone to the Poble Sec neighborhood of Barcelona to renovate a flat on Blai street. We have completely transformed it into a contemporary space that breathes modernity and functionality. Thanks to this house renovation, we have revitalized every corner of the house by integrating modern and innovative elements. In this project of renovation in Barcelona, we opted for the optimization of space and visual fluidity. We have boosted the entrances of natural light and connecting the different areas of the house in a harmonious way. To achieve this we have painted the walls in warm tones, ideal for light to flow easily.
Another new element that adds to the image of this house renovation is the pavement. We have taken care of laying a parquet floor in a light wood tone. This is accompanied by new white doors and plinths. In this way we have printed a contemporary interior design both in the common areas and in the bedrooms.
The kitchen is located in its own space which is accessed through a sliding door. To the right of the entrance we have placed a kitchen cabinet with storage and custom-made gaps to place the fridge, oven and microwave. In this kitchen renovation we have also placed a large kitchen island. Thus we have generated more support surface, in addition to the counters.

We tiled the walls with gray tiles, combining plain panels with some embossed tiles in the shower. In the water area we have also created niches to place hygiene products. The sanitary facilities are completed with a floating toilet and bidet and a toilet with storage furniture.
